Poolify

Poolify is a carpooling app concept designed to make commuting during peak traffic more enjoyable, social, and stress-free. Through extensive research and workshops, we explored commuters’ frustrations, identified key pain points, and mapped the journey to uncover opportunities before, during, and after the commute. By applying UX methods, personas, and user flows, we created a digital experience that simplifies coordination, builds trust, and encourages shared travel, ultimately aiming to reduce driving stress while promoting more sustainable commuting habits.
